Development Overview
====================

TODO: Write a basic development overview that explains the layout of the
``cbltools`` repository. Where does the actual code go? Where does the 
documentation go? Where to do the tests go? etc. etc.

TODO: write a style/philosophy guide for the project. Explain what kind of
things probably don't suit being put here. Explain dependencies, etc.

TODO: Also provide a CI/infrastructure/organization overview. Who reads/reviews the
code? Who's publishing it to PyPi? How frequently? Etc.
